For Papa M's, a leading skin & hair care brand, we delivered branding to relaunch their online presence from charming to soulful.

Originated as a small town brand that's fluent in urban ingredients, neo-soul culture, and the kind of beauty recipes passed down without a label, Papa M's began as a brand that starts with charm and feels familiar & easy to love. A natural formula from the kitchen and scaling into a warehouse shipping handmade shea butters, body butters, and fragrances to everyday families.

Papa M's wanted a deeper brand positioning & visual identity that spoke to a neo-soul culture. We rebranded with a brand identity that shifted a well-known community brand into a founding brand with culture influence. Originality and quality skincare remaining rooted in organic science from brand cohesion to campaigned moments.
